Photos of the food delivery and boxes prepared to give away for Christmas Event.
DCOM purchased food for the event. Central and Eastern Food banks donated a tractor trailer of food. House of Raeford donated forty-four 10lb boxes of chicken, Food Lion of Wallace donated food. This event served 300 drive through vehicles. Some vehicles had two or three families, so each family was given a box of food. The boxes of food contained turkeys, hams, chicken, pork, vegetables, water, milk, soda, juice, fruit, and a variety of other foods, and were made according to the size of the families. Volunteers worked diligently during this drive-through event.
